Darrick is 34 years of age and a resident of Camden. He was residing at the Fletcher House (Half Way House) at the time he entered the training program. Darrick successfully completed the training program and excelled in every area.
Darrick entered the Labor Union as an apprentice making $14.79 per hour. He served as a role model to other students in our program and has become an active mentor to other individuals in the area who have been formerly incarcerated. He is a classic example of individual initiative as he overcame some physical challenges and still was able to complete the ACP Training Program mastering skills and acquiring skill sets that were required for his placement in the apprenticeship program in Camden.
